If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include any accessories, gifts, or promotional items received with the order
  • Show no signs of damage caused by use, handling, perfume, cosmetics, water, or chemicals

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned outside the legal withdrawal period


4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will provide return instructions.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.


5. REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
